In October, the first installation of Hydria Water’s delivery of chain scrapers to the Ladehammeren RA waste water treatment plant in Trondheim.

Ladehammeren is the largest waste water treatment plant in Trondheim, located in the mountain, and is designed for 120,000 pe. Hydria Water has delivered four chain scrapers that are 70 meters long, and 7 meters wide, and the last installation is carried out this spring. The total order value is just over 2.6 million SEK.

-At the same time as our installation, renovation of the surface layers in all the tanks is ongoing. Because the waste water treatment plant is in full operation, only one tank at a time is available for renovation, therefore it will take about 12 weeks between each installation, explains Philip Carlsson, sales engineer at Hydria Water, and continues:

“We have not delivered to Trondheim municipality earlier and it is exciting that we got the confidence to do it this time. It will be a good reference facility for us in the Norwegian market in the future.
