VA Teknik Sweden has had a record high autumn and recruited both a new design engineer, two new recruits to the workshop and a production technician, while still had to use temporary personnel and work overtime to keep up with the market.
-As our order intake has increased we have also accelerated during and after the summer. There are many aspects that come into play, like the sales work within Hydria Water, but a large part is also our project manager Jens Lingman that could relieve sellers with several tasks, which means that they have more time to sales meetings and client visits, explains Martin Jingnäs, CEO of VA Teknik Sweden.
In the autumn, VA Teknik Sweden have invested in several new welding machines to our workshop and made an internal relocation in our warehouse to free production area to be doubled in size.
