All machines need service from time to time. By entrusting us with this task, we can guarantee that your business will not experience emergency downtime caused by our machines. We have a long history with everything we sell, and therefore we know when it’s time to look over the various parts of the machine. The equipment is serviced on site with you, and your staff can focus on other things in the business. Our service offer is drawn up in the Security Agreement.
Spare parts
By regularly checking and replacing machine wear parts, you optimise service life and function. Thanks to the fact that we manufacture all parts in-house, we have quick access to all spare parts. In most cases, we can send the parts on the same day.
Assembly and commissioning
When you buy equipment from Hydria Water, it’s wise to let us assemble and commission it for you too. Every week our skilled assemblers install our equipment all over Sweden. This makes us efficient and thorough, and because we keep track of it all, we can guarantee you a smooth process.
Security agreement
When you sign Hydria Water’s Security Agreement, our experts will carry out regular and preventive inspections of the machines we have supplied. We keep track of service intervals, make bookings and perform inspections. The Security Agreement gives you as customer peace of mind that all equipment is functioning as it should and minimises the occurrence of emergency downtime.
