We are now launching Perfo Screen Zeta (PSZ) – developed to meet the future demands of two-dimensional screening, with a strong focus on operational reliability, efficiency, and intelligent monitoring.
Perfo Screen Zeta is the next generation of perforated plate screens, designed for efficient removal of solids, screenings, and debris from water. PSZ combines proven technology with intelligent monitoring solutions and improved service accessibility, delivering increased operational reliability and extended service life.
Intelligent monitoring and preventive operation
Perfo Screen Zeta is designed to be equipped with camera monitoring (including IR), vibration sensors, and remote monitoring capabilities. These features enable predictive operation, allowing operators to identify deviations and abnormal loads before downtime or equipment damage occurs.
As standard, the unit is equipped with sensors for detecting large solid objects, providing immediate alarms and automatic system shutdown in the event of a risk of damage.
Optimized design for service and accessibility
During the development of PSZ, strong emphasis was placed on ease of service, reduced downtime, and minimized risk of incorrect assembly. The design is modular and entirely manufactured from stainless steel, facilitating installation, transportation, and future upgrades.
Efficient Solids Handling
Thanks to integrated lifting steps between the perforated plates, even larger solid particles can be conveyed to the next process stage without the risk of blockages.
The unit is suitable for municipal wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, industrial process water applications, the pulp and paper industry, and other demanding industrial environments.
Flexibility and Installation Advantages
Adaptive support legs make PSZ easy to integrate with existing downstream equipment such as wash presses, screw conveyors, and piston presses.
The double-articulated linkage system simplifies both installation and service while reducing the overall footprint of the machine—an important advantage when installing in short or space-restricted channels.
